CANCELLATION POLICY
~MASSAGE SERVICE/CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS~ To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us directly @ (256) 453-7526 at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes made in less than 24 hrs ( SAME DAY) will be considered last minute. Last minute cancellations or no shows result in lost of income for the stylists. Last minute cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the booked services, and No-shows will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the booked service(s). A credit card is required to secure a reservation. We understand that things happen unexpectedly, and will take that into consideration. Massage Services has an Extended Travel Fee: A travel charge applies to in-home massage appointments a fee of $20 for 25-30 minutes from our base location. A fee of $35 35-60 minutes from our base location.
